Small Charity Workshop

We couldn't do what we do as small charities without amazing volunteers donating their time. But finding them, and keeping them, can be a constant challenge.

In-keeping with the Vision for Volunteering's theme: Awareness & Appreciation, Vic Hancock Fell from Fair Collective explores the barriers and opportunities around volunteer recruitment and retention.

In this 2 hour workshop Vic will talk about how to recruit great volunteers and, more importantly, how to keep them feeling thanked and motivated, so they stick around.

In the workshop you'll hear some top tips from Vic and have a chance to share learning and ideas with your peers.

This session will take place online on Zoom. Please sign up on Eventbrite for the Zoom link.
